I’ve held leadership positions where I addressed the transformation and crisis management of medium and large companies.
Since 2016, I’ve been leading a team of consultants actively operating in the Czech Republic, the UAE, and the Sultanate of Oman. I bring my own know-how to projects, along with verified and unique strategies and practices that have led to the development of our functional methodology.
